Great book on how to deal with change and get out of stuck situation in life and work. The book uses the analogy of Cheese, Mice & Maze to illustrate the wisdom.
1. If you don't change, you become extinct. 2. Expect changes to happen, be responsive. 3. Move to new direction help you find destination. 4. When you stopped being afraid, you feel good. 5. The faster you let go of Old CHEESE, the faster you get new cheese. 6. Monitor change, detect it if situation has gone bad. 7. Keep searching NEW CHEESE, better than remain in hopeless situation. 8. See it in your mind, as if you can almost reach a positive situation. 9. If you don't go through the Maze (risk), you'll not get the Cheese (reward/opportunity).
