Follow these procedures to provide our customers with a great carryout experience.
- Get a phone number for ALL carryout orders, even if the order is placed at the counter or drive thru window.
- Get the customer's actual name and NEVER use descriptions.
- Paid orders should always be marked paid.
- Payment should be taken as soon as the customer arrives, BEFORE the order is removed from the heat rack or oven.
- The pizzas should always be shown to the customers so that any corrections can be made at the time of the transaction.
- If ordering through the drive thru, take their order and ask them to pull around and park. Take them their order when it's ready.
