If you are seeing the following prompts on your Mobile Inventory Device, DO NOT PRESS the update buttons.
According to Global Care you should not be seeing these alerts, the were to be hidden and the updating would happen later without you knowing it.
If you accidently press the alerts you could start the download and update process which will cause the inventory program to not work.
If your device decides to stop working
- Call Global Care and open a work order
- Phone: 1-877-379-2379, Option 3
- Chat: Chat.GlobalCare.Dominos.com
- Open A Corrigo work order and add the Global Care work order on the ticket
- Let your DM know
- Someone from IT will stop by and pick it up to ship back to Global Care for repair
