I am passing on a text message that I just received from a happy customer that wanted to give Sheena Hawthorne, AM at store 6404, recognition.
”Today, some friends and I hosted a meet and greet related to the opening of the Tesla plant. The guy who put it together thought that he had an order for 50 pizzas. The order failed to go through. I was tasked with picking up the pizzas and was embarrassed that your staff had no idea that that I expected the pizzas to be ready and waiting. What I want you to know is that the young lady working today, I believe her name is Sheena, truly busted her ass to prepare our pizzas. If I were an employer, and I could hire three of her, I'd fire ten others and know that I was ahead of the game. She was absolutely awesome. Very friendly and did everything she could to get our order made so that the event would be a good experience for everyone that attended. I don't often try to recognize people for doing their job in the manner expected, but in this case, I truly feel that she went above and beyond.”
