While Borrowing OR Transferring Team Members
A lack of communication or miscommunication between the stores and the Team Member can cause:
- Confusion at the stores.
- Errors when determining TM’s status.
- Errors in processing paperwork.
- Confusion when it comes to releasing bonuses.
Note** DM Approval is needed to borrow or transfer AMs.

Important Notes from HR
- If a TM is borrowed for more than 3 days per week on a regular or recurring basis, then the TM should be transferred to the borrowing store, making that store their home store.
- Management of the home and borrowing store are subject to disciplinary action should a TM work or drive when unauthorized.
- If a TM works at another store without their home store GM’s permission, both the TM and borrowing store GM are subject to disciplinary action.
