Cut Sheet
Cut Sheets are a great tool to simplify communication to the whole crew by organizing tasks and positions, and is also a simple reference to making cuts while analyzing labor.
When Team Members know what their Out Tasks will be prior to the end of their shift, they can be making progress during their down time throughout their shift. This saves on labor by not keeping those TMs past their scheduled out time.
By assigning specific positions to TMs in the store, you keep them focused, reduce cross over, and improve labor efficiency.
Cross Training Checklist
A Cross Training Checklist is an organizational tool to help keep track of Team Member's skills. The more areas a TM is proficient in, the more efficient your crew will be, resulting in a lower labor cost.
