Phones Are a Priority!
Customers are the #1 priority in our store. There will be times when the phones are ringing and customers are entering the lobby. You are able to make eye contact and make a gesture that you will be right with a lobby customer, so always prioritize that phone call who can't see what is happening in the store.
Customers can hear your smile over the phone. Customer service starts the second you pick up the phone, so while you many be tempted to rush a customer off the phone so we can start making their order, focus on the small moments of service that you can provide that will make your customer's feel like you're taking great care of them.
