Domino's Pizza Guarantee
Our Domino's Pizza Guarantee states: "If you are not satisfied with your Domino's Pizza Experience, we will make it right, or refund your money."
How Does Domino’s Delivery Insurance Program Work?
Domino’s Delivery Insurance Program has you covered whether you order online, by phone, via the Domino’s app, or using Domino’s AnyWare. If your delivery experience is not what you expected or you receive the wrong order, report the issue on the Domino’s Tracker® page, your order confirmation page, or through your order confirmation email. Tell us what went wrong, then choose from one of two options: either a coupon for 20% off your next order or 60 Piece of the Pie Rewards® points. To receive the points, you must be a member of the Domino’s Piece of the Pie Rewards program — so if you’re not already a member just enroll within seven days of the date of your order to receive your 60 points and redeem them within the next 30 days for a free pizza from Domino’s. Domino’s makes it easy to make it right.

Cash Refunds- Different Day
To issue a cash refund on a different day than the original order took place, you will need to enter the transaction into Pulse.
If the Customer Used PayPal
Even though the Payment type says “Credit Card” you can see the customer used PayPal by looking at the “Order Payment HIstory” line below the list of transactions.
Click the order to highlight it. This line will say:
- “PayPal”
- First letter of the email address
- Email domain (Ex. PAYPALm...@gmail.com)
To Issue the Refund:
- Ask the customer what email address they used for their PayPal account when they placed their order
- Enter the email address into the “PayPal Email Address” box that will show below the “Refund Amount”
- Click “Save”
- IF the email address matches the one PULSE received for the payment, then the refund will be processed. If the email address doesn’t match, PULSE will display and error message.
