What is a Boost Week?
Boost Weeks are week-long promotions offering discounts to customers, with the potential to hit a record sales week if the team is prepared and ready. These can be carryout only or available for both carryout and delivery and are very busy for our stores. GMs should prepare 3 weeks in advance by assessing the store's organization, completing a sales forecast and schedule, and conducting cross-training. During the week, GMs should review staffing and product needs, conduct image and cleanliness checks, and provide daily service updates to ensure customers have the best experience possible.
How we work together to provide our customers with the best experience possible can make a significant difference. We can all be there for each other to support one another, keep things fun, and crush the rush!
- With such a great offer in place, you may expect to see a significant BOOST in customers during Boost Week.
- 19.6% of Boost Week Customers are NEW Customers.
- The offer can also bring back many who haven’t ordered from us in a while.
- We can potentially gain their loyalty for repeat visits by providing perfect image and cleanliness, along with exceptional service.
