Prescreen
Who Sends it? SmartRecruiters (upon application)
Who Gets it? OS@macpizza.net
Why is it Sent? This email is sent so the OS team can review if this candidate would qualify, and be a good fit.
When is it Sent? The prescreen email is sent after the Applicant fills out a prescreen via JotForm. The OS will send the Prescreen results to the applicant, Store, and DM.
Do I respond? The OS will expect a prompt response about desire to hire.
- If you do not wish to hire this applicant please REPLY ALL and disclude the applicant stating such. The DM should then find a new location for this applicant to work at.
Packet Corrections
Who Sends it? HR
Who Gets it? The applicant, the Store, DM, HR Hiring Process TMs, and OS@macpizza.net
Why is it Sent? This email is sent only if the applicant has packet corrections to fill out
When is it Sent? This email is sent after HR determines a completed packet submitted by an applicant needs a correction
Do I respond? There is no need to respond to this email. This is, however, a great opportunity for you to reach out to the applicant if they need assistance or have questions.
- OS will also reach out to the applicant about corrections that are not completed in a timely manner.
- Typically these corrections are I-9 Documents Errors I-9 Document List.
Offer/NTO Signup
Who Sends it? HR
Who Gets it? The applicant, the Store, DM, HR Hiring Process TMs, and OS@macpizza.net
Why is it Sent? This email is sent to let all involved know that the applicant’s packet is approved and that they are ready to be signed up for their New Team Member Orientation (NTO)
When is it Sent? This email is sent after HR determines a packet is approved (conditional packet status will be noted in this email.)
Do I respond? There is no need to respond to this email. This is, however, a great opportunity for you to reach out to the applicant if they need assistance or have questions.
New Hire Email
Who Sends it? HR
Who Gets it? The applicant, the Store, DM, HR Hiring Process TMs, and OS@macpizza.net
Why is it Sent? This email is a New Team Member’s Clock-In Authorization
When is it Sent? This email is sent after the New Team Member completes NTO
Do I respond? There is no need to respond to this email. This is, however, when you will reach out to the New Hire to schedule their first day at the store
- These emails should be treated like a CCC and handled ASAP
- To complete a Vehicle Inspection at the store, click the provided link or use the link on the HRAlliance Online Links- JotForm.
- DO NOT send Vehicle Inspections via email- they will likely get lost.
- DRIVERS are not Authorized to deliver until the VI is approved by HR.
- New Hire contact information can be found in SmartRecruiters or PULSE.
- The OS team will also text the GM/DM that the applicant is ready to clock in
Vehicle Inspection Approved

Why is it Sent? This email authorizes a new driver to deliver in their vehicle
When is it Sent? This email is sent after the New Team Member VI is submitted by the Store
Do I respond? There is no need to respond to this email.
