On Wednesday 7/27 we had our Q3 GM Rally at the Norris Conference Center in Houston. This rally was led by Dana Ruckman, jam-packed with activities, information, and great conversation with an over-arching theme of Profitability.
Welcome, Core Values, Super Friendly Teams
Dana recapped our Purpose, Values, Why, and Core Values- PRIDE and honored some of our Super Friendly Teams who encapsulate these values in their stores.
State of the Franchise
Alan provided a “State of the Franchise” in which he welcomed our newly acquired store managers, congratulated Choya Skiles on her PERFECT 100 5 star, and discussed how staffing, followed by the day’s over-arching theme of Finance should be among our manager’s top priorities.
Golden Whistles (New GMs)
Dana recognized our newly acquired, returning, and new GMs. Our new GMs honored the people who impacted them the most during their rise to GMship with Golden Whistles.

Grudge Ball
Dana & Devin led us in a game of Grudge Ball centered around basic financial questions. Congrats to the Herd Region Representatives who won the game (and LD Douglas for making the first & only in-game basket) and thanks to Ashley Lewis for keeping score!
Record Weeks
Dana & Kevin acknowledged our GMs who have earned record weeks since 1/26/2022.
Rolex Challenge Winners
Dana, Tom, Chris, Kevin, & Jimmy then honored our four Rolex Challenge Winners: Sayda Rivas at 6671, Emily Wallingford-Garcia at 6693, Anthony Miller at 8045, and Heath Barr at 8076.

Operations Assessment Update
Dana provided us with an update on our Operations Assessments so far including our 5 Star teams, Choya’s perfect 100, Product Masters, and some common points off.

Adam Messick did a great job giving us an update on our current DPPF contributions and some best practices for encouraging Team Members to donate.

We raised $2500 for Partners at this Rally between selling raffle tickets and WWR shirts! Thanks to Josh, Oscar, Mike, and Robert for their help with donations & Chris Hartzo and Ashley for their help drawing tickets!
Partners Split-Pot
Jimmy Willbanks was our split-pot winner, he graciously donated $650 of his winnings back to Partners!

Congrats to our teams earning the brand new 8.0 CSAT pin for keeping an 8.0 CSAT score for Q2!
Cost Management Activity
GMs organized their thoughts in this activity to present their meeting plans for improving various cost management categories in their stores to their DMs.
WWR WFPM
Dana shouted out Mike Bouvier and Josh Wright for their participation in the 2022 WFPM competition at the Worldwide Rally in Las Vegas.
