On Wednesday 7/26/2023 we held our Q3 2023 MAC Pizza GM Rally in Houston, TX!
Welcome, Introduction, Vision, Mission, and Core Values
Dana welcomed us all to the GM Rally and let us know our newly focused MAC Pizza Vision: “To Strengthen and Grow MAC Pizza and the Domino’s Brand” , our Mission “To Make a Positive Impact on Our People.”, and our Strategy “By Developing our Teams through Effective Communication and Connection.”
Golden Whistles
Our newly promoted GMs gave out golden whistles to those, they feel, have helped guide them along the way to their new positions!
State of the Franchise
Alan gave us a State of the Franchise message praising our service improvements and directing a focus to increasing order counts.
Service Update
Kevin gave us an update on our service improvements and discussed tactics to further excel, including reducing triples, various metrics & reports in PWR to look at, and embracing Expediting.
OA Update
Devin gave us an OA Update and recognized our 5 Star stores!
Partners Update & Raffle
Dan gave us a Partners participation update and throughout the day we collected donations to raise a total of $2023 for Domino's Partners Foundation (DPF)! Congrats to Zack Horton on winning the split pot!
Making a Positive Impact
Chris helped us recognize stores that have made a positive impact on their customers and employees!
Operational Focuses
Kevin discussed some additional Operational Focuses outside of service to drill down on, including driving order counts, tactics for controlling Labor Costs, as well as tactics to control Food Costs.
Analyzing Service
Dana walked us through the Service Opportunities Worksheet Packet where we learned more about new metrics to focus on, where to find those in PWR, and how to Read those reports.

Creating a Service Plan
Dana then had us determine specific hours where service suffers the most, as well as 8 areas of service waste, discuss that with other GMs with similar ADT, then discuss with GMs who were in a different ADT group. We determined a SMACable 2023 Service Commitment for our stores and created a training plan to get that message across to our stores.
Record Weeks
Chris and Dana helped us to recognize our Record Week stores!
HR Update
Jessica gave us an HR update including a crash course in using AllPay!
